Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures and periodontal therapy Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations Build trust and lasting relationships with patients Assist in co-diagnosing and supporting comprehensive treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and digital charting Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver excellent care Help create a warm, relaxing, and positive patient experience Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Passion for patient education and relationship building Experience with digital dentistry is a plus Familiarity with taking intraoral photos and digital scans (iTero) preferred Invisalign and iTero experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and grow — we are happy to train the right candidate We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with our practice, embraces technology, and is excited to be part of a supportive team that is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience every day.
