Production Bonus | Private Practice | St. Johns, FL Harbour Dental Care is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for our established, high-performing private practice in St. Johns, Florida. We are seeking a confident, production-driven Dental Hygienist who excels in periodontal therapy, patient education, and building long-term patient relationships. This position offers competitive hourly pay PLUS a monthly hygiene production bonus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay Monthly production-based bonus (% of hygiene profit) 401(k) with 3% match Paid Holidays & PTO Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance Aflac Supplemental Insurance Strong leadership and supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Review medical and dental history; record vital signs Take digital radiographs (Dexis preferred) Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments Provide dental prophylaxis and Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) Administer local anesthesia Apply fluoride varnish and sealants Educate patients on periodontal disease and oral hygiene Support case acceptance through patient education Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control standards Update dental records (Denticon experience preferred) Required Qualifications Active Florida Dental Hygiene License Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Local anesthesia certification Current BLS, OSHA, and HIPAA training Preferred Qualifications 1+ year experience in private practice Denticon experience Dexis digital x-ray experience 3D imaging (CBCT) experience CEREC scanning Zoom in-office whitening experience About Harbour Dental Care Harbour Dental Care is a private practice that empowers confidence by removing barriers and delivering premiere patient experiences.
