World Class Customer Service Essential Functions:

Must be comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options. Ability to explain the value of dental treatment and convert same-day treatment. Must be willing to have uncomfortable conversations with patients, and eager to follow up with patients with unscheduled treatment. Mastery of dental insurance so you can answer insurance-related questions. Are you able to work Tuesday-Friday with one late evening per week (Tuesday until 7pm) On a scale from 1-10, how comfortable are you discussing a $10,000 treatment plan with patients?
