Registered Dental Hygienist

What You'll Do:

Deliver thorough, high-quality preventative and periodontal care (scaling, polishing, SRP as indicated) Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, vital signs, and clinical evaluations Lead and support new patient experiences and exams, setting the tone for exceptional care Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and overall dental wellness Build strong rapport and lasting relationships with patients through genuine connection and trust Partner closely with the doctor to support comprehensive, whole-patient care Take diagnostic X-rays and maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation using EMR systems Monitor patient comfort and deliver an elevated, patient-centered experience at every visit Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Play an active role in building, growing, and optimizing the hygiene department Represent and uphold the Tooth and Tox brand through professionalism, energy, and patient care excellence ✨

Qualifications:

Active Georgia Registered Dental Hygienist license Excited and motivated new graduates are welcome Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment ✨
