Job Description
- This is a travel based position with travel throughout parts of Georgia region. Candidates can be based within Augusta, GA as frequent travel between offices is required - please inquire to discuss in further detail!
- + Delivering regional training designed to promote quality care, patient satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Salary
- - $80,000-$85,000
- To be viewed as a qualified candidate for this position you should possess the following:
- + Active Licensed and/or Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of residence + Ability to obtain hygiene licenses in the states you will be supporting within a year of hire; expenses will be covered as part of employment + Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene (advanced degree in related field preferred) + Ability to travel to assigned offices and organizational meetings (up to 75% overnight travel) + Ability to manipulate small instruments, supplies, and equipment with efficiency, dexterity, and exceptional hand-eye coordination + Ability to perform clinical duties to facilitate training and support the patient experience •
Additional Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- + Physical requirements include mostly sitting, standing, and/or bending for extended periods of time + Preferred prior dental administrative/leadership experience, adjunct or full-time dental hygiene faculty experience, and/or dental hygiene consulting experience with a proven track record
