Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing comprehensive preventive care while contributing to overall practice growth. Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting and assessments Take and interpret dental radiographs (digital) Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist in identifying conditions such as periodontal disease, caries, and oral pathology Support co-diagnosis and help present treatment alongside the doctor Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Qualifications Active Georgia RDH license (required) CPR/BLS certification (required) Local anesthesia certification (preferred) Strong communication and patient education skills Experience with digital charting and practice management software Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude What We Offer Competitive pay with bonus potential Supportive and team-oriented environment Modern technology and systems Opportunities for growth and continuing education Flexible scheduling options Established patient base Why Join Us We value our team and strive to create a work environment that is efficient, respectful, and rewarding.
