Job Description

Dental Hygienist Full Time and Part Time available. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our healthcare team. As an integral part of our dental practice, you will work closely with dentists and other professionals to provide exceptional oral care to our patients. Your expertise and commitment to patient health will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting dental wellness in our community.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze patient medical and dental histories Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients Perform scaling and prophylaxis procedures to maintain oral health Apply sealants to patients' teeth as a preventive measure Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and practices Conduct oral cancer screenings and other preventive dental procedures Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop treatment plans Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols Stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices
Requirements:
Active Hawaii dental hygienist license Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and commitment to providing quality patient care Proficiency in dental software and technology Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting or standing Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed
Education:
