Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) $43-$53/Hour | Tuesday-Friday | 4x10 Schedule | 100% Employer-Paid Benefits | 45 Minutes from Post Falls Three-Day Weekends. Excellent Pay. Exceptional Benefits. Hygienists are scheduled in 60-minute appointment blocks, allowing adequate time to provide thorough care and build relationships with patients. The typical schedule can accommodate up to approximately 9 patients during a 10-hour shift, with appointment flow based on patient needs rather than simply maximizing volume. You'll work alongside a broader clinical team and have the opportunity to collaborate with other providers and staff to deliver a high standard of patient care. Schedule Tuesday-Friday | 8:00 AM-6:00 PM 4x10 schedule = three days off every week. Some Saturday availability may be available depending on practice needs. The schedule provides a predictable workweek while giving you three additional days to spend with family, pursue hobbies, travel, or enjoy everything North Idaho has to offer. Compensation $43.00-$53.00/hour Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. There may also be opportunities to modify your schedule and increase patient encounters for additional earning potential. Active Idaho RDH license or currently in the process of obtaining Idaho licensure Local anesthesia certification Current CPR/BLS certificationCOVID-19
