Job Description

Role Overview:
The dental hygienist is a trusted clinical partner responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care, educating patients, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and communication Manage schedules and supplies independently to ensure comprehensive care Support practice operations across multiple locations as needed Participate in structured onboarding, training, and ongoing education Engage with advanced technology such as voice-activated charting and 3D scanning
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education
