Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our modern, privately owned, all-digital general practice for a full time position 4 days per week. We offer a supportive team environment, advanced technology, and a comprehensive benefits package with zero evening or weekend hours.

• Profit Sharing Opportunity About Us Our practice is a privately owned general dental office focused on providing exceptional patient care in a warm, collaborative environment. We are 100% digital , utilizing the latest technology ( iTero scanners, digital X-rays, paperless charting]) to make your workflow efficient and your patient care top-notch. You will have ample time with each patient to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care without feeling rushed. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional clinical care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and perio maintnance. Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos. Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventative care. Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient charts. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, compliant operatory. Qualifications Valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Anesthesia/Nitrous certification preferred (or willing to obtain). Experience or comfort working in a fully digital, paperless environment. A positive, patient-centric attitude and strong communication skills. $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
