We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team and help patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles.

Schedule Monday:

11:30 AM•7:00

PM Tuesday:

10:15 AM•7:00

PM Thursday:

9:45 AM•6:30 PM (Palos Heights location: 6446 W. 127th St., Suite 1, Palos Heights, IL 60463)

Friday:

8:15 AM•2:00 PM Saturday (Every Other): 7:15 AM•2:00 PM Position Summary As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional preventative care while educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health. Working alongside our doctors and clinical team, you will provide high-quality hygiene services in a supportive, patient-centered practice dedicated to outstanding care. Essential Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance. Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal screenings. Take and evaluate dental radiographs. Review and update patient medical and dental histories. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care. Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventative services as appropriate. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment. Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while creating a positive patient experience. Travel to our Palos Heights office each Thursday to provide patient care. Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license in the State of Illinois. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and patient education skills. Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, radiography, and infection control standards. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to the Palos Heights location on Thursdays.
