Dental Hygienist (RDH)•Seymour, IN Our busy, patient-focused dental practice in Seymour, Indiana is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our experienced and supportive team. With a collaborative environment and a strong commitment to excellent patient care, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dentistry while maintaining a positive and team-oriented workplace. Our office currently has 13 team members, including multiple providers and EFDA assistants who support efficient patient care. Schedule Full-time or Part-time available Full-time hours:

Monday & Tuesday:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM•4:00

PM Thursday:

7:00 AM•1:00

PM Part-time:

Hours negotiable within the schedule above Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine dental hygiene procedures and preventive care Conduct patient assessments and periodontal charting Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care Assist with recare follow-up and patient communication Utilize dental lasers as part of treatment when applicable Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Support treatment flow and assist the team as needed Maintain accurate patient documentation using Dentrix Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements Valid Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and patient education skills Dependable and team-oriented mindset Commitment to excellent patient care Open to all levels of experience Pay & Compensation $40•50 per hour depending on experience Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental benefits 401(k) Paid holidays PTO Bonus programs This is a great opportunity to join a well-established practice with a strong team culture and supportive environment.
