Consistent availability Sales experience Time management skills Computer skills Math skills Team player Fast learner As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Welcoming new patients and creating a comfortable, friendly environment. Assisting the doctor during patient exams to record findings. Guiding patients through the orthodontic process. Presenting and discussing treatment fees, insurance benefits, and payment options. Explaining orthodontic treatment and financial contracts in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner. Following up with pending patients to clarify any questions. Organizing and tracking patient data. Collaborating with other team members. Maintaining accurate patient records. Providing regular reports to the doctor and/or office manager. Maintaining confidentiality of patient information. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, text, or in-person communication. Requirements Dental radiology license (x-ray certification).

Orthodontic experience:

1 year Treatment coordination: 1 year Sales experience: 1 year Strong computer skills. Accurate with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
