Kremers, Forbes & Associates is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist for our Mission office. This is your home location; there is no cross-location coverage requirement. We are a private, partner-owned practice—not a corporate chain. Our hygienists are treated as clinicians, educators, and trusted advisors. You will have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, participate meaningfully in co-diagnosis, and practice comprehensive hygiene in a modern clinical environment. What you can expect from us $45-$50 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated role readiness A monthly team collections bonus, generally ranging from $200-$600 when earned Employee health coverage paid by the practice, effective the first of the month following the 90-day Discovery period; HSA benefits are available subject to current plan terms, and dependent coverage is available at the employee's expense Dental care for you and eligible immediate family Six paid holidays Paid time off beginning after 90 days, accruing at one day for every two months worked up to six paid days, with unused PTO carrying over Retirement plan beginning January 1 following your first full year of employment, with a 3% employer match One-time scrub reimbursement up to $400, plus one KFA-branded item after 90 days A predictable weekday schedule with approximately 38 paid hours: Monday and Thursday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM; Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM; Friday 6:30 AM-2:00 PM A structured 30/60/90-day ramp-up, quarterly feedback, and an annual compensation review One home office and a team you can get to know A clinical voice—not just a column We believe patients receive better care when hygienists are empowered to think, communicate, and contribute as clinicians. You will work directly with our doctors to identify disease, educate patients, and create a clear path forward.

Your clinical work will include:

Comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal charting, SRP, and periodontal maintenance Local anesthesia and Arestin placement when clinically appropriate Honest periodontal diagnosis supported by charting, radiographs, and clinical findings Use OralDNA testing when clinically appropriate to better understand periodontal risk and support individualized patient education and treatment planning. Patient education using intraoral photographs, iTero scans, and other visual tools Co-diagnosis of restorative, periodontal, orthodontic, and preventive needs Confidently helping patients understand clinically appropriate SRP, fluoride, Invisalign, and other recommended care Identify patients whose clinical findings suggest more complex treatment needs, such as reflux- or airway-related tooth wear, full-mouth rehabilitation, or coordinated orthodontic-restorative care, and help schedule a dedicated records and doctor-consultation appointment so a comprehensive treatment plan can be developed. Complete documentation and a clear handoff before the patient leaves Modern dentistry with support to learn it Our clinical environment includes intraoral photography, iTero, Primescan 2, CBCT imaging, CEREC, and Oryx practice-management software. Experience with every system is not required. We will teach the KFA workflow; what matters is curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to become excellent with the tools.
