Simon Dentistry is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental team in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Performance Bonus Opportunities 401(k) and Roth IRA Retirement Plan Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1 year of continuous employment Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and growth Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive care services Provide dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment options Assist dentists in diagnosing and monitoring oral health conditions Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with state and federal regulations Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Active Kentucky Registered Dental Hygienist license Current CPR and N2O certification Knowledge of Dentrix software Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Why Simon Dentistry?
