Job Description

Southern Pines Dental is in search of a Registered Dental Hygienist with an active anesthesia license to fulfill the role of Clinical Coordinator. This is a hybrid clinical and managerial position that pays the same competitive pay as a fully clinic-based RDH position. The ideal candidate enjoys the clinical aspects of being a hygienist but also possesses strong leadership skills and enjoys a break from the monotony of a fully clinical role. One key function of this role is to manage the clinical team and serve as the go-between for front desk and clinical team members to ensure a seamless experience for the patients.
Minimum requirements:
Have an active Louisiana RDH license in good standing Have an active anesthesia license Ability to monitor clinical team and give feedback Team player Preferred requirements: Great communicator Organized and detail-oriented Southern Pines offers a friendly environment, 4-day work week, paid time off, and a competitive salary.
