Key Qualifications:
Valid Louisiana OT or COTA license required Strong background in pediatric/early intervention therapy (preferred) Experience delivering services in a school or early childhood environment Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites Commitment to collaborative, child-centered care
Core Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services as part of the Early Interventionist Team for children aged 3-4 years Implement and document individualized therapy interventions Collaborate with educators and families to support student growth and participation Adapt therapy plans to best serve each unique learner Participate in progress meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
