Full-Time Join a Busy, State-of-the-Art Dental Implant Practice We are seeking an experienced Dental Implant Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing, high-volume dental practice in Lafayette, LA. Our office specializes in dental implants, dentures, and extractions and utilizes advanced digital technology to provide patients with efficient, high-quality treatment and life-changing smile transformations. The ideal candidate is professional, confident, organized, sales-minded, and exceptional with patients . This position plays a critical role in helping patients understand their treatment options, overcome financial concerns, and confidently move forward with recommended care. Key Responsibilities Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans for dental implants, implant-supported dentures, traditional dentures, and extractions Educate patients about treatment options in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner Review treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements Help patients overcome financial and treatment-related concerns Follow up consistently with patients who have not yet scheduled treatment Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, patient communication, and follow-up activity Coordinate treatment with doctors, clinical assistants, front office staff, and other team members Ensure patients understand the treatment process from consultation through completion Maintain strong case acceptance and treatment conversion Deliver an exceptional patient experience in a busy, fast-paced environment Qualifications Dental treatment coordination experience preferred Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in dental implants, dentures, oral surgery, and extractions Experience presenting and closing larger or complex dental treatment plans strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing with patients Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment Comfortable learning and working with advanced dental technology and practice-management systems Motivated by goals, results, and helping patients move forward with treatment The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you are someone who: Builds trust quickly with patients Can confidently present high-value dental treatment Understands that great treatment coordination combines patient care, education, communication, and sales Is comfortable following up with patients until they make a treatment decision Thrives in a busy, high-energy dental practice Is dependable, accountable, and highly organized Works well with doctors and clinical team members Takes ownership of case acceptance and the patient experience About Our Practice We are a busy, state-of-the-art dental practice focused on dentures, dental implants, and extractions .
