Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist at Schwartz Dental Group . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental terminology and patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of service. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing preventative care to our patients. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, including medical histories and vital signs. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures to maintain optimal oral hygiene. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Utilize dental software such as Fuse and Weave for patient records management. Assist in medical imaging procedures as needed, ensuring accurate documentation of findings. Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with clinic protocols. Requirements Valid dental hygiene license in the state of practice. Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy. Experience with patient care in a clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with Fuse software is an asset. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health practices. Ability to assess patient needs and provide compassionate care. Knowledge of medical imaging techniques is beneficial. Schedule Monday 8am-2pm Tuesday 8am-4pm Wednesday 8am-2pm Thursday 8am-4pm
