!!!!!! Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Work the hours YOU want. Growing general dental practice is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, multi-talented, reliable Hygienist for our office. Candidate must possess a positive attitude and have excellent people skills and should be comfortable working with patients of all ages and all backgrounds and in the dental setting. New Grads are welcome to apply! Willing to train and mentor. We are a family run business operating for over 30 years through multiple generations of the same family. We love our patients like family and are seeking someone who will also do the same. Compensation to be determined by experience and willingness to work.

Daily Duties:

Perform all aspects of a dental hygienist as permitted by MA law Review Medical Histories and document any changes in medical histories Understands patients chief complaints and address them thoroughly Chart patients existing restorations AND new treatments/diagnoses during hygiene checks Take radiographs on patients including BW's, PA's, FMX's, and Panoramics ( assistant can help with this at times if needed) Record areas of concern for the dentist to review Perform Dental Prophylaxis on Adults and Children Provide Fluoride treatment on children Apply Sealants when applicable Perform Scaling and Root Planing on perio patients Educate patients as best as possible via Oral Hygiene instructions through "Tell, Show Do" method Sterilize equipment, break down and clean rooms, and to maintain a clean work environment Book appointments for recall patients when applicable Appointment times vary from 45min to 1hr.
