We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in providing outstanding preventive care, helping patients achieve optimal oral health while building lasting relationships. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will perform routine and specialized dental hygiene procedures while working closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including: Prophylaxis (cleanings) Scaling and root planing Polishing Sealant placement Fluoride treatments Take and develop digital and panoramic X-rays Use voice-activated perio charting software for accurate documentation Conduct patient education on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment options Maintain a clean and organized hygiene room Schedule recall/maintenance visits with patients directly in the hygiene room Work collaboratively with the dental team to sterilize instruments, restock supplies, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow Maintain accurate records in Dentrix (or willingness to train)
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Proficiency in using Dentrix software (or a willingness to learn) Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care Knowledge of current dental hygiene practices, procedures, and regulations Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience with voice-activated perio charting is a plus Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Pay:
$52.00 - $62.00 per hour
