Job Description
We are a thriving, patient-focused, privately owned general dental practice looking for a full-time or part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our practice strives for dental excellence while building lasting patient relationships in a fun and busy office. Applicants must be friendly, outgoing and team oriented with strong social skills. This position puts patients at ease while practicing and performing excellent hygiene techniques. We understand how valuable our hygienists are. Essential Responsibilities:
Knowledge and application of perio protocol Take digital x-rays and intra-oral photos Provide thorough patient education and treatment plan orientation Instruct patients on proper dental hygiene and care Chart dental conditions based on dentist's observations and evaluations Efficiently communicate with the doctor and staff about the patients' needs Experience with Dentrix and Dexis preferred.
