Dental Hygienist

Flawless Dental Newton Newton, MA Position Overview Flawless Dental Newton is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing, patient-centered practice. We are a modern, quality-focused office committed to providing exceptional care in a warm, comfortable environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values teamwork, patient education, and long-term relationships with patients.

Schedule Status:

Full-time Days:

Monday through Friday (Open to Saturdays)

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 8a-6pm and Fridays 8a-4pm Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis, SCRP as needed) Complete comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting Take and interpret dental radiographs Provide patient education on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience Qualifications Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and rapport with patients Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment New graduates welcome to apply; experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation (hourly or daily rate based on experience) Supportive, collaborative team environment Modern technology and well-equipped operatories Consistent, well-maintained hygiene schedule Opportunity for long-term growth within the practice Paid time off and benefits package (details available upon discussion) About Flawless Dental Newton Flawless Dental Newton is dedicated to providing high‑quality, compassionate dental care with a strong emphasis on prevention, patient education, and long‑term oral health.
