Overview Baystate Dental is looking for Dental Hygiene students and recent graduates to join our Dental Hygiene Pathway Program throughout Massachusetts, including offices in Springfield, Holyoke, Greenfield, and Westfield. This program is designed for current Dental Hygiene students and recent graduates who are preparing for boards, waiting on licensure, or looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive clinical environment. As part of the Dental Hygiene Pathway Program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced hygienists, doctors, office managers, and clinical teams while building confidence and preparing for a successful long-term career with Dental Care Alliance. Qualifications Education:

Associate or bachelor's degree in dental

Hygiene License:

Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
