A Dental Hygienist performs routine dental care, including cleaning teeth and examining patients for signs of oral diseases, and educates patients about good oral health practices. Assists dentists in more complex dental procedures. Works in dental offices under the supervision of dentists and other dental health specialists.

We're looking for a friendly, skilled Dental Hygienist who shares our passion for making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
What You'll Do:
Perform preventive care including dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, polishing, sealants, and fluoride applications. Conduct thorough patient assessments, periodontal charting, take radiographs, and help create personalized care plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care in a clear, supportive way. Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow all infection control and safety protocols. Work closely with the dentists and team to ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience.
What You'll Need:
Current Maryland Dental Hygienist license and graduation from an accredited program. Strong skills in preventive and periodontal procedures. Experience with dental X-rays, digital imaging, and practice management software. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Commitment to infection control, safety, and compassionate care. Strong organization and teamwork abilities. CPR/BLS certification (required). Experience in a general or family dental practice is preferred. Interest in aesthetic/restorative care is a plus.
