Dental Hygienist — 4-Day Week, 4 Weeks PTO & Advanced Clinical Practice Casco Bay Smiles | Falmouth, Maine | Tuesday-Friday If you're an experienced hygienist who wants the time, technology, support, and clinical freedom to do excellent work , we'd love to meet you. Casco Bay Smiles is an independent, fee-for-service practice in Falmouth. We're growing, expanding and we're looking for an experienced hygienist who wants to grow with us. Our practice is led by a Kois-trained dentist committed to clinical excellence and evidence-based dentistry. You'll work alongside a stable, experienced hygiene team in a supportive environment where thorough patient care matters more than rushing through a schedule. What makes our hygiene department different 60-minute recare appointments and 90-minute new-patient appointments —with enough time to provide genuinely comprehensive care. Longer appointments for SRP and complex cases . Advanced periodontal protocols, including diode laser therapy and saliva testing to help guide periodontal care. Guided Biofilm Therapy with air-powder polishing , providing an efficient, patient-friendly approach while reducing the physical demands of traditional instrumentation. Full digital workflow, including Planmeca CBCT, Medit scanners, and intraoral photography . Clear clinical protocols and regular calibration, so you know exactly what excellent care looks like and have a team supporting you. Opportunities to expand your skills, take on advanced cases, and grow into a clinical leadership role . Most importantly, you won't be expected to choose between quality care and the clock.

8:00-3:00 Approximately 30 minutes before and after the clinical day is reserved for team huddle, setup, and wrap-up.
