We are a well-established, growing practice with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. You'll work alongside one additional hygienist, our doctors, and a supportive clinical team in a modern, fully digital office. This is an unassisted hygiene position with 1-hour patient appointments and a 1-hour lunch break, allowing you to provide quality care without feeling rushed. Schedule Full-time or part-time available Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (hours may vary) Compensation $45-$51 per hour, based on experience Technology & Services Dentrix Ascend Dexis Digital X-Rays iTero Digital Scanner General Dentistry Periodontal Therapy Laser Periodontal Therapy Implant Maintenance Oral Surgery Endodontics Invisalign Opalescence Professional In-Office Whitening Responsibilities Perform patient screenings, including medical history review, oral cancer screenings, head and neck examinations, and periodontal charting Perform adult and child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance (PM/PMP), scaling and root planing (SRP), implant maintenance, fluoride treatments, sealants, and laser periodontal therapy Administer local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and Oraqix Perform Opalescence in-office whitening treatments Take digital radiographs using Dexis and digital impressions with the iTero scanner Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care Provide post-operative instructions and monitor hygiene supplies Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Current RDH license Local anesthesia certification required Nitrous oxide certification preferred Experience with Dentrix Ascend, Dexis, and iTero is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset New graduates are welcome to apply If you're looking for a practice that values teamwork, modern technology, and exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
