For more than 40 years, we have proudly served the West Lansing community by providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment. We believe in quality over quantity. Our hygienists enjoy 60-minute adult hygiene appointments, allowing ample time to build relationships with patients, provide thorough care, and work without the pressure of a fast-paced corporate schedule. If you are passionate about patient care, enjoy working with a supportive team, and are looking for a practice that values both its patients and employees, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule
    Monday & Tuesday:
    8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      Wednesday & Thursday:
      7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Position available for 3-4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
      Qualifications Required:
      • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
      • Associate degree in Dental Hygiene Preferred (not required):
      • 5+ years of hygiene experience
      • Experience with Dentrix practice management software
      • Experience with Dexis digital radiographs and intraoral cameras
      • Familiarity with Bola AI charting What We're Looking For

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
      • Dependable team player who enjoys collaborating with others Compensation
      • $37.00+ per hour, based on experience
      • Expected hours: 8-24 hours per week
