Registered Dental Hygienist Full Job Description Overview:

As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining optimal oral health. You will work closely with our dentists and dental team to provide high-quality preventive care and patient education in a supportive, team-focused environment. Responsibilities:
Provide patient education and guidance on proper oral hygiene practices and maintaining optimal oral health Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive services Take and develop dental X-rays Perform screenings for oral cancer and other dental diseases Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical notes and observations Adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program Current and valid state dental hygiene license Certification in dental radiography Ability to conduct thorough dental assessments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
