Job Description

Role Overview:
The Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, working as a key member of the clinical team to promote oral health and deliver preventative services.
Responsibilities include:
performing dental hygiene procedures, screening patients, documenting medical history, and supporting patient education. The role offers comprehensive mentorship, ongoing training, and a supportive environment to develop clinical skills and confidence.
Qualifications:
Current dental hygienist license in MN, associate's or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and documentation. Preferred experience includes familiarity with digital tools and a desire for continuous learning.
Skills & Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations, prolonged sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and attending periodic training. A TB test is required prior to employment.
