  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Bluestem Dental Lakeside is adding a Licensed Dental Hygienist to our team.
Bluestem Dental has two locations, our Lakeside office in Ortonville was built in 2019 and has a beautiful view of Big Stone Lake. We have multiple Doctors along with a well-established growing staff. If you would enjoy working at a fast paced, professional, dental office that prioritizes their patient needs we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies tailored to their individual needs. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols. Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization of instruments. Experience Valid licensure as a Dental Hygienist in accordance with state licensing requirements. Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting. New Grads are welcome! Proficiency in Curve Hero Dental Software for scheduling, documentation, and record management. Willing to teach our Software. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout procedures.
