Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, modern dental practice. You will be a key member of the patient care team, providing exceptional hygiene services, patient education, and preventive care.
Responsibilities:
Perform dental screenings, cleanings, and patient education Utilize advanced technology such as digital x-rays, digital scanners, and laser tools Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality care Maintain accurate medical and dental records Support patient comfort and advocate for their oral health
Qualifications & Skills:
Current dental hygienist license in MN and relevant degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR certification Motivated, with or without experience, eager to grow clinical skills Experience with digital tools and preventative care preferred
Key Duties & Requirements:
Deliver personalized patient care with 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments Work in a collaborative, professional environment with a supportive team and mentorship opportunities Maintain physical ability to perform duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds Attend periodic training sessions; TB test required prior to employment Engage in continuous learning and professional development
