Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist , you will be an essential member of the patient care team, providing exceptional dental hygiene services and advocating for patient health. You will work with full clinical autonomy, supported by mentorship programs and ongoing education to enhance your skills.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality patient care with personalized attention Maintaining and documenting patient medical histories and dental screenings Utilizing digital tools and advanced diagnostic equipment Collaborating with the team to ensure comprehensive dental health services
Qualifications & Skills:
Current dental hygienist license in MO, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical documentation CPR certification Experience with digital X-rays, Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic records is preferred Strong desire for professional growth and commitment to patient education
Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds Availability for periodic training and compliance with health safety standards
