Job Description

Role Overview:
A Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, serving as a clinical provider and patient advocate within a collaborative team. You will deliver preventive dental services, perform screenings, and utilize advanced digital tools, supporting the practice's commitment to high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental hygiene procedures and screenings Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Maintain accurate medical and dental records Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Stay current with clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education
Qualifications & Skills:
Current dental hygienist license and relevant degree Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR certification Experience with digital x-rays, electronic records, and dental tools (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally
Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds Availability for periodic training and TB testing Commitment to providing a safe, healthy environment for patients and staff
