Job Description

Pay:
$55.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 8-5 Tuesday through Friday License/Certification Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program State dental hygiene license Requirements Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control practices. Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. Proficient in managing medical records accurately and efficiently. A compassionate approach towards patient care. Duties Conduct thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive oral assessments. Perform precise and patient-focused dental X-rays. Apply fluoride and sealants while respecting each patient's preferences and needs. Educate and actively engage patients in their oral care journey. Work closely with the doctors to align with patients' goals, ensuring a unified approach to treatment plans and optimal patient outcomes. Implement follow-up procedures to monitor progress and ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Maintain hygiene instruments and equipment, utilizing cutting-edge sterilization techniques to support a well-functioning, collaborative environment.
