Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist Needed in Charlotte, NC! Our growing dental practice in Charlotte, NC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and collaborative environment and are looking for a hygienist who values patient relationships, clinical excellence, and teamwork. Responsibilities Provide preventive dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and fluoride treatments Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Perform periodontal charting and document clinical findings accurately Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicating recommendations to the doctor and patient Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Active North Carolina Dental Hygiene license Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality patient care Experience with digital charting and dental software preferred Team-oriented attitude with a positive and professional demeanor What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50-$60/hr Medical benefits Paid time off (PTO) Supportive and team-focused culture Modern technology and updated equipment Continuing education opportunities We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and excited to grow with a practice that values both its team members and patients.
