- 58/hour W-2, depending on experience and fit Minti Fresh Smiles is a small, single-doctor private dental practice in South Charlotte looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to become a long-term part of our team.
We are currently seeking someone for Wednesdays and Thursdays , with the position expected to expand to Monday, Wednesday and Thursday within approximately 2-3 months as our hygiene schedule continues to grow. We are not a corporate or high-volume dental office. We are a laid-back private practice where patients are known by name, our small team works closely together, and providing an excellent patient experience matters more than rushing through the schedule. We are looking for the hygienist our patients will ask for by name. This is a part-time hourly position.
