Your pay will be based on 30% commission (adjusted production), so you are guaranteed to make more than 100k yearly once you start working 2 column assisted hygiene full-time four to five days a week. We are open to hourly pay for the right candidate who can only handle 1 column. We use eaglesoft as a dental software. Spanish bilingual is mandatory because we have a lot of Spanish population waiting for Spanish-speaking hygienist. We hope to get you on board after an in-person interview at our office location.
