Job Description

We are looking for an eager, hardworking, and personable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing family practice! Our office is a close-knit team that believes dentistry should be professional, thorough, and patient-centered—but also fun . We love to laugh, enjoy coming to work, and create an environment where our team and our patients feel comfortable and cared for. We are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. Our ideal hygienist is respectful, dependable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the office succeed. What We're Looking For Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina Someone who is competent, confident, and has thorough clinical skills A warm, friendly personality and excellent communication skills Someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know and care for their patients Dependable, punctual, and hardworking A team player who treats coworkers with kindness and respect Someone who is comfortable educating patients about their oral health and helping them understand the importance of preventive care Willingness to learn, grow, and continue developing professionally Someone who can keep things light and fun while still taking their responsibilities and patient care seriously What You Can Expect From Us We believe you should enjoy the people you work with and enjoy coming to work. Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
