Job Description

Our thriving, two-doctor practice is looking for a high-energy, autonomous Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We move fast, we care deeply, and we stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. Work in a great team environment while contributing to the better health of the community. We are a privately owned and thriving dental practice. We are considered to be in the top 5% of offices with technology in the Triad. We provide all care within our office to PPO and Private patients. What You'll Do In this role, you aren't just "cleaning teeth"—you are a primary provider and a diagnostic partner to our doctors.
Comprehensive Care:
Perform all levels of hygiene therapy, from routine prophys to complex SRP.
Patient Advocacy:
Use your expertise to educate patients, explain treatment needs, and boost case acceptance.
Diagnostic Precision:
Assist doctors in identifying periodontal disease and restorative needs through thorough screenings and digital imaging.
Efficient Workflow:
Manage your operatory and workflow independently (hygiene assistants are not always available, so self-sufficiency is key). Requirements Active North Carolina RDH License. Anesthesia certification. Experience in a multi-doctor or high-volume setting is a major plus. Reviewing a patient's dental history Recommending care to improve a patient's oral health Teaching patients about proper oral care techniques Performing preventive dental care Applying fluoride treatments Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental concerns
THIS IS FOR THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS FROM 8-5 PM
Pay:
Up to $65.00 per hour
License/Certification:
