Overview We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup Take dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision and care, ensuring patient safety Provide comprehensive oral health education tailored to individual patient needs, emphasizing preventive care Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and treatments to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with privacy regulations Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment to uphold the highest standards of infection control Monitor patient comfort throughout procedures, offering reassurance and support as needed Requirements Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state or regional regulations Proven experience in performing dental cleanings, radiography, and patient education Strong knowledge of oral health best practices, infection control protocols, and dental software systems Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A positive attitude combined with a passion for promoting healthy smiles and improving patient experiences.
Pay:
$53,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
