If you're laser-certified, you'll use it. If not, your teammates will help you get there A brand-new, purpose-built office is coming.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Full-scope hygiene care with the time to do it right. Prophys, perio maintenance, SRP, screenings, fluoride, sealants Perio-forward patient care using laser-assisted therapy and Perio Protect alongside a team that's already skilled in these protocols Collaborating with your hygiene colleagues on case strategies, patient follow-up, and maintaining team standards Working with Dr. Brady and Dr. Schmidt on treatment plans and seamless patient handoffs Morning huddles, team wins, and a culture where people actually want to be in the building
