Job Description
Nebraska Dental Center is a growing, non-corporate, single-doctor practice with a strong, supportive team and low turnover. We're looking for a friendly, proactive RDH who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing personalized care. What you'll love about our office: No double booking or assisted hygiene (you'll have time to get to know your patients) 1 hour for recalls and periodontal maintenance as well as 1.5 hours for new patients and SRP Clinical autonomy to determine the best hygiene plan for your patients We'll order the instruments and supplies you need Strong focus on patient education and the connection between oral and overall health Supportive team with low staff turnover We offer work/life balance with our 4-day work week: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 4 PM with a 30-minute paid lunch.
