What You'll Do Deliver comprehensive hygiene care. Work alongside another hygienist in an established program with a proven patient-care and retention model. Perform detailed assessments and support clinically sound, patient-first treatment planning, taking ALL radiographs/intraoral photos. Provide individualized care—no cookie-cutter approach Educate patients clearly so they understand the why behind their care Assist doctors when needed (including numbing, procedures, and follow-ups) Jump in as part of the team—room turnover, sterilization, whatever helps the day run smoothly Who Thrives in This Role An active, licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) (Nebraska) Current CPR license preferred Someone who understands that great hygiene builds long-term patient relationships A team player—no ego, no "that's not my job" mindset Strong communicator who can connect quickly and genuinely Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Motivated by making a lasting impact—not just completing procedures Why Emergency Dental? The Details Pay:
Pay:
$56.00
  • $59.
00 per hour (based on experience and availability)
Additional Compensation:
2-3% of hygiene production
Schedule:
Flexible / build-your-own (Monday-Friday)
