Our Dental Treatment Plan Coordinators play a critical role in helping patients understand their dental needs and feel confident moving forward with recommended treatment. Schedule We are focused on finding the right Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to complete our team. This role can be full-time or part-time , depending on the right candidate's availability and personal goals. What You'll Do as a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator Meet with patients to review recommended dental treatment and help them understand their treatment options Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financial options Discuss dental insurance benefits, estimated patient portions, and financing options Help patients make informed decisions about their dental care Present treatment in a confident, caring, and non-pressure manner Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or incomplete treatment Coordinate treatment appointments and help patients move forward with their care Work closely with dentists, specialists, hygienists, and the front desk team Ensure treatment plans are accurately documented in the dental software Help identify barriers that may prevent patients from accepting recommended treatment Provide an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through scheduling Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable office policies and regulations What You'll Bring Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator , Treatment Coordinator, Dental Office Coordinator, or similar dental position preferred Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology Dental insurance and treatment coordination experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex dental information in a simple, easy-to-understand way Confident, warm, and professional communication style Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to build trust and rapport with patients Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team Experience with dental software is a plus A genuine passion for helping patients receive the dental care they need Benefits As a valued Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator , benefits for full-time team members include: Highly competitive compensation Bonus opportunities Dental care for employees and immediate family Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Internal continuing education opportunities 401(k) with employer match Modern dental technology and a growing private practice Supportive and caring team environment Fun team outings and events Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you are an experienced Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator who enjoys connecting with patients, helping them understand their dental needs, and making a meaningful difference in their oral health, we would love to meet you!
