We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry, enjoys educating patients, and wants to make a lasting impact on the health of the people they serve. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care tailored to each patient's needs. Deliver a patient experience with exceptional chairside manner, helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, oral cancer awareness, and disease prevention. Partner closely with the doctor to identify concerns, diagnose conditions, and discuss comprehensive treatment recommendations. Thoroughly review and document medical histories, chief concerns, clinical findings, and treatment recommendations. Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and oral hygiene procedures consistent with the doctor's treatment plan. Recognize signs of periodontal disease, oral pathology, and other conditions requiring further evaluation. Provide personalized home care instructions and encourage long-term oral health habits. Build lasting relationships with patients through trust, compassion, and excellent communication. What We're Looking For Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry—not just "cleanings." Strong communication and patient education skills. Positive attitude, team-first mentality Desire to continue learning and embrace new technology. Local anesthesia certification is a strong plus, but not required.
