Job Description

A Modern family dental practice that is newly renovated looking for another full time and part time hygienist to join our team. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, be proficient in performing comprehensive dental procedures and ability to take dental x-rays. All hygiene rooms have new chairs, cordless handpieces, new cavitrons and saddle stools. Our office is open Monday through Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm, with some Friday mornings offered. We have flexible schedules for our employees from shortened days to 1-2 days a week, or full time 36-40 hours. Other job perks include expense paid CE travel, uniforms, bonus system, help with relocation costs as well the week of 4th of July and Christmas- New Years Break off. Responsibilities Conduct patient dental hygiene assessments, review medical histories, and develop individualized care plans. Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and application of preventive agents; take and interpret dental X-rays as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, dietary considerations, and preventive at-home care. Sterilize equipment, maintain infection control protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of treatments. Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly with patients and the dental team to coordinate care.
