Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence:

Perform thorough cleanings, periodontal charting (recording depths over 4mm), and oral cancer screenings.

Diagnostic Mastery:

Utilize 3D scans, intraoral photos, and digital models to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Advocacy:

Educate patients on the oral-systemic link and achieve high treatment acceptance through empathetic communication.

Retention & Leadership:

Support practice growth by reappointing patients and delivering extraordinary care that keeps them coming back. What We're Looking For Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH): Associate's degree or vocational program completion.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable with practice management software and modern diagnostic tools.
