Lead Dental Hygienist (NYS Licensed) School-Based Program (NY Travel | Full-Time)

Job Summary Healthy Smiles is hiring a New York State Licensed Dental Hygienist for a unique full-time hybrid clinical and leadership role. This individual will be the face of our program in schools, providing preventive dental care to students, building strong relationships with school communities, and helping support our continued expansion throughout New York State. Responsibilities include providing dental hygiene services in schools, educating students on oral health, coordinating school visits, assisting with scheduling and logistics, supporting growth into new markets, and representing Healthy Smiles professionally on-site.

Requirements:

Active New York State Dental Hygienist License Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel throughout New York State Comfortable working with children in school settings Reliable transportation preferred

Schedule:

Full-time Monday through Friday Follows the school calendar No weekends Occasional evening events early in the school year

Compensation:

$100,000
