Per Diem Position Overview Join a patient-focused dental team dedicated to delivering exceptional oral healthcare. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work alongside dentists and clinical staff to provide preventive and therapeutic dental care while ensuring an outstanding patient experience in a collaborative practice environment. Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including removal of plaque, calculus, and stains above and below the gum line. Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants. Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care. Review and document patient medical histories and treatment records. Operate Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) equipment, when applicable. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards. Assist with inventory management and other clinical support duties. Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to provide high-quality patient care. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program. Current CPR Certification. X-ray certification/training. Minimum 1 year of hands-on Dental Hygienist experience. Experience with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) equipment. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Preferred Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental practice. Why Join Us?
